WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) — The Los Angeles County Fire Department Lifeguard Division and the FAA confirms two planes collided over the Pacific Ocean near the city's coastline Friday afternoon.
Divers searched for survivors in the water.
Officials with the lifeguard division told KTLA, "one of the planes was a Beechcraft 35 and the other was described as an aerobatic stunt plane."
It's not clear if there were any survivors.
