HAYS COUNTY, Texas (WZTV) - It's being called a Christmas miracle.

An inoperable brain tumor in an 11-year-old girl in Texas has disappeared, and doctors say they don't know why, according to FOX News.

Roxli Doss was diagnosed in June with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, or DIPG, and went through weeks of radiation.

Her parents prayed for a miracle and they got it-- but still don't believe it.

The tumor is completely undetectable on the girl's MRI scan and doctors called it "unbelievable."

Roxli will continue to undergo treatments, such as immunotherapy, but she’s back to enjoying her life.
