Woman gets five years after pleading guilty to arson in Randall County court

Amber Stone pleaded guilty to arson of a habitation today in Randall County’s 181st District court in front of Judge John Board.

It is a first degree felony with a sentence range of 5 years to 99 years to life and a $10,000 fine.

The plea agreement is 5 years in prison with a $1,000 fine. She gets credit for time served from May 24, 2017 to today, so almost a year of credit.
