Amarillo, Texas — Another two people have been connected to a murder for hire plot involving Billy Ivy, Jr.
Court documents show Kimberly Dison and Tyler Giesdorf were indicted Monday in Potter County on two counts each of murder for hire.
Those documents said Giesdorf "secreted a weapon" for Billy Elmore and provided transportation for him in order to attempt to kill two people in September. Police said Ivy contacted Elmore to kill two people. Elmore was killed in a SWAT action later that same month.
Dison is accused of receiving money from Ivy to help kill two people.
Ivy faces several charges in both Randall and Potter Counties, including murder for hire, arson and tampering with a witness. He will be sentenced later this month on a federal weapons charge, where he faces up to 10 years in prison.
