Texas County reports 29 additional COVID-19 cases increasing total to 822

TEXAS COUNTY, Okla. (KVII) — Texas County officials are reporting 29 additional positive COVID-19 tests, bringing the county's total to 822, as of Thursday.

According to Texas County Emergency Management, the new positive test results were for 25 Guymon residents, two Hooker residents and two Texhoma residents.

The Oklahoma State Department of Health is reporting that 421 patients from Texas County have recovered from the virus.
