New Mexico fugitive wanted for shooting at police arrested
SANTA ANA PUEBLO, N.M. (KVII) —
Wanted fugitive Johnny Black was captured in Santa Ana Pueblo, N.M. on Thursday. He was wanted for shooting at police officers on two different occasions.
According to the New Mexico State Police, Black was captured at around noon after being spotted by a Santa Ana Tribal Police officer near Warrior Fuel on US 550 in Bernalillo. He was successfully taken into custody and arrested by the Santa Ana Tribal Police.
The New Mexico State Police Investigation Unit continues to investigate this case.
