HOUSTON — Houston-based Fulton Seafood Inc., is recalling 100,924 pounds of Siluriformes fish products, specifically wild caught catfish.
The USDA and FSIS says the products were produced, packed and distributed without being inspected.
The wild caught catfish were produced from Jan. 1, 2018 through Feb. 21, 2019.
They say the products come in a 60 pound cardboard box containing "River Catfish Wild USA."
The catfish were removed from boxes and placed in the seafood sections of some retail sections throughout Texas.
