Ivy indicted in sixth murder-for-hire case
AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) —
Billy Glenn Ivy Jr. was indicted this week by a Randall County Grand jury on a charge of solicitation to commit capital murder while remuneration.
This is Ivy's sixth murder-for-hire charge and stems from an incident in May.
Court records indicate Ivy was in jail on Thursday, May 17, when he asked another Randall County inmate to kill his wife's alleged lover.
