
TEXAS COUNTY, Okla. (KVII) — Five new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Texas County on Monday, bringing the county to 889 reported cases.
According to Texas County Emergency Management, the new positive tests were for two Guymon residents, two Hooker residents and one resident in Hardesty.
The fifth virus-related death was also reported in Texas County on Saturday.
The Oklahoma State Department of Health is also reporting that 493 Texas County patients have recovered.
