Former Curry County Sheriff's Deputy Brandon Nolen, who was charged with multiple felonies, reached a plea agreement on Wednesday in Clovis District Court.

Nolen was terminated in April following a failed drug screening. He was later arrested in June after it was discovered drug evidence was missing from a traffic stop he administered in March. The former deputy was charged with possession of a controlled substance, tampering with public records and perjury.
