Endangered person alert issued for missing Oklahoma teen

    The Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued an alert early Tuesday, Dec. 18, for a missing 13-year-old boy from Dell City.

    William Kilgore, 13, was last seen about 6:10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, in the 3400 block of Southeast 44th Avenue in Dell City. Kilgore is said to be half deaf in both ears and does not have hearing aids or a cell phone.

    He is described as 4 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 90 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue hoodie with orange lettering, jeans and red Nike shoes.

    The alert was issued for Kilgore because he is younger than 17, has a proven medical or physical disability, and is feared to be in imminent danger of serious bodily harm or death, according to the OHP alert.
