2 arrested after deputies finds marijuana, Codeine during Pampa traffic stop

Two people were arrested following a early Monday morning traffic stop in Pampa.

The Gray County Sheriff's Office said during the stop, which was on Alcock Street, "the vehicle occupants produced a bottle of liquid THC." After that, an open-air sniff was conducted by K-9 Deputy Hugo, who indicated there could be drugs in the vehicle.

GCSO said deputies found eight packages of marijuana that weighed a total of 8.5 pounds. They also found a bottle of Codeine.

According to GCSO, two people were arrested. Their names have not been released.
