Soccer, Volleyball Now Offering Single-Match Tickets Online

LUBBOCK, Texas – For the first time ever, the Texas Tech soccer and volleyball programs will have single-match tickets available for purchase online.

Historically, fans have had the option to purchase an Olympic Sports VIP Pass online, which granted up to four people admission to each Olympic Sport’s regular-season matches for only $50. Previously, single-match tickets were only available in advance at the Athletic Ticket Office or one hour prior to every home match on site.

Now, fans will also have the convenience to purchase individual match tickets online and have them mailed to their home address or pick them up at Will Call. Additionally, the $50 Olympic Sports VIP Pass is still available here.

Individual match tickets are currently on sale. Adult tickets are $5, and youth tickets are $3. All seating at Texas Tech soccer and volleyball matches are general admission.

Tickets can be picked up at Will Call or mailed to home address when purchased online.

As a reminder, Texas Tech’s clear bag policy will be in effect for the full 2017 soccer and volleyball seasons.

The Texas Tech soccer program, coming off its fifth-straight NCAA Tournament bid in 2016, will host eight matches this season at John Walker Soccer Complex. The Red Raiders kick off their season Aug. 18 at the Lobo Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M., and open up their home slate Fri., Sept. 3, at 7 p.m. against San Diego State.

The Texas Tech volleyball program, in its second season under head coach Tony Graystone, hosts 12 home matches in 2017 at United Supermarkets Arena. The Red Raiders begin their 2017 season Aug. 25 at the Barcelona HBU Classic in Houston and open their home slate Mon., Sept. 4, at 6 p.m. against Abilene Christian.
