Austin 61-13 on Saturday night.Mayfield, a walk-on freshman, threw TD passes of 42, 25 and 60 yards. He completed 21 of 30 passes.

      13. Oklahoma St. at UTSANew starter J.W. Walsh completed his first 10 passes, finished 24-of-27 for 326 yards and four touchdown throws as No. 13 Oklahoma State beat UTSA 56-35 on Saturday.

      15.Texas at BYUQB Taysom Hill was masterful leading BYU and their new option-read offense as Cougars rolled up 550yds rushing beating up the Longhorns 50-21. The 550yds rushing is most ever given up by any Texas defense in school history.

      W.Virginia at 16. OklahomaBrennan Clay had career-high 170 yards rushing as Oklahoma overcame a second-half quarterback switch defeat West Virginia 16-7 on Saturday night.The No. 16 Sooners (2-0, 1-0 Big 12) scored the game's final 16 points after trailing 7-0 in the first quarter. Freshman quarterback Trevor Knight threw a pair of third-quarter interceptions, leading to junior Blake Bell taking over in the fourth quarter.

      Buffalo at 23. BaylorBryce Petty threw for 338 yards and two touchdowns and Lache Seastrunk ran for 150 yards with three scores as 23rd-rated Baylor mauled Buffalo 70-13.

      SE Louisiana at 24. TCU Trevone Boykin led three straight scoring drives after starter Casey Pachall left with an injury game, and No. 24 TCU pulled away from Southeastern Louisiana 38-17.

      UL Lafayyette at K-StateTramaine Thompson returned a kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown, Ty Zimmerman took an interception 32 yards for another score and Kansas State rebounded from a season-opening loss to beat Louisiana-Lafayette 48-27 Saturday night.

      S.Dakota at KansasJames Sims scored twice and Jake Heaps passed for 110 yards and one TD in his much-anticipated debut, leading Kansas past South Dakota 31-14 Saturday night and matching the Jayhawks' entire victory total of 2012.
