Route 66 tourists make it a habit to stop at Adrian's Midpoint Caf.
The current owner, Dennis Purschwitz, bought the historic caf two years ago and has been making an impact.
They're known for their hamburgers and homemade pies.
It was established in 1928 as Zellas and has been through a few transformations over the years, but it still breathes.
Deborah Sue McDonald of the Oldham County Chamber of Commerce says it's sometimes rare to hear English spoken in the caf, there are so many tourists from other countries who are eager to visit.
