Saturday, January 8th Tri-State Open Chili Championship 11:00 a.m.- until the chili runs outCome by the Rex Baxter Building at the Tri-State Fairgrounds this Saturday to try some of the best chili around. Not only will there be some great food, the proceeds from the event go to the Amarillo Area Make-a-Wish Foundation!
Saturday Afternoon Classics at the Amarillo Downtown Library Come to the Saturday Matinee at 2:30pm to catch 'Will Penny.' It is 109 minutes long, and is unrated. Popcorn will be provided.
Your only chance to catch Amarillo Little Theater's 'Little Match Girl' is this Saturday, all other performances are sold out.It starts at 2:30pm, and we recommend calling ahead to make sure there's seats available.
Sunday January 9thAmarillo Reads Presents Mark Twain Read Aloud.This starts at 3:00pm and features the wit and wisdom of one of America's most celebrated authors.
