Wanted fugitive may be in Mexico

Noe Torres wanted for the murder of a 10-year-old Clovis boy, police believe Torres may be in Mexico

A fugitive that Clovis authorities have been searching for the past five years, may be in Mexico. The New Mexico State Attorney General has issued an arrest warrant to hasten his extradition. The Clovis News Journal reports that Noe Torres is already wanted for the September 2005 murder of 10-year-old Carlos Perez. A provisional warrant has been approved, which means if he is caught south of the border then his extradition from Mexico has already been approved.

Torres is believed to be traveling back and forth between the U.S. and Mexico to avoid capture.
