Two were arrested for warrants after being pulled over on Sunday for a traffic violation.
On July 20, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Amarillo police officers stopped a vehicle for traffic violations in the 4600 block of S. Crockett.
The driver did not have a driver's license because of a previous suspension. He was identified as Tony Ray Watkins, 47.
As officers were identifying other occupants, the front passenger, Reneasha Deanna Brown, 25, was found to have an outstanding warrant for bond surrender with an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Brown also had three local municipal traffic warrants for her arrest.
Watkins was arrested on the traffic charges and booked into Randall County. Brown was arrested and booked into Potter County on her charges.
Officers also located a checkbook that had been reported stolen in June. The checkbook was seized and additional charges are pending.
