Vietnam vets making positive impact

Unlike today's veterans, or veterans of World War II, when Vietnam vets returned from the war they were met by anti-war protestors.

Combine that reception with the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and many vets had a difficult time coping with life after returning home.

However, as time as passed, many vets are finding new ways to make a positive impact on the lives of those around them and those who need their help.

Stephen "Sgt.Rock" Walker travels across the country preaching and conveying the message of "running toward the fire."

It expounds on the idea that in times of emergency, such as the marathon bombing in Boston last year, many folks ran toward the emergency rather than away from it.

Walker says that's what soldiers are trained to do, reflecting the courage required to have poise under fire.
