C onvicted killer Henry "Hank" Skinner, may get another chance to prove his innocence. The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear his case next week. It's a case that they will use to decide if prison inmates can use a federal law to do DNA testing that wasn't performed prior to their convictions.

Skinner was just minutes away from being executed for the 1993 slayings of Twila Busby and her two sons in Pampa, when Justices issued a stay.

Over the years, Skinner has maintained his innocence, and claims more DNA testing from the crime scene will prove that.

Oral arguments are scheduled to begin next Wednesday.
