Closing arguments are today in the trial of ex-Cameron County District Attorney Armando Villalobos. The defense rested its case yesterday after Villalobos testified in his own defense.

DALLAS (AP) - Wildlife officials in Texas are reminding boaters to drain, clean and dry their watercraft to help prevent the spread of zebra mussels.
