TROUT CREEK, Texas (AP) - Investigators say a 12-year-old boy has died after falling off an all-terrain vehicle in East Texas. Tory Doniell Foster was pronounced dead yesterday at a hospital in Jasper. DPS says four people were riding an ATV in Newton County when the accident happened. The boy fell from the back of the vehicle.

TYLER, Texas (AP) - A woman has been shot to death at a park in Tyler. Police are seeking the public's help in locating the attacker. The woman's body was located last night. Crime Stoppers has offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and charges.

DALLAS (AP) - An employee of a Dallas-based financial firm has pleaded guilty to trying to embezzle nearly $1.3 million through bogus invoices and tax fraud. Steven Chen Yu Allen pleaded guilty to wire fraud and faces up to 20 years in prison. He worked for Hudson Advisors LLC.

BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) - A Nederland man has been sentenced to more than six years in prison for pulling off two bank robberies in the same week. David Terrell was also ordered to pay about $4,400 in restitution. Prosecutors say Terrell robbed a Vidor (VY'-dur) bank and fled with $3,800. Investigators say Terrell later held up a Beaumont bank and escaped with about $600.
