ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - No injuries have been reported after several tanker cars derailed in a North Texas accident that knocked out power to hundreds of people. Oncor reports about 550 customers in Arlington without power after last night's accident. Fire officials say nothing leaked from the tanker cars that derailed in an industrial area.

DEL RIO, Texas (AP) - The last of a dozen Texas Mexican Mafia members convicted in a conspiracy and corruption ring has been sentenced to prison. Thirty-one-year-old Eliseo Sanchez III of Crystal City was sentenced yesterday to nearly six years in prison. Investigators say the gang took part in organized criminal activity including attempted murder, retaliation, extortion and drug distribution.

STANLEY, N.D. (AP) - A man accused of robbing a bank in Texas has been arrested in North Dakota. Thirty-nine-year-old Tracy Maxey was taken into custody earlier this week. Court documents allege Maxey held up the Comerica Bank in Dallas on October 15th.

BRYAN, Texas (AP) - A former police officer convicted of indecent exposure faces electronic monitoring. Jurors in Bryan ordered 44-year-old Adam Brooks to wear an ankle monitor for 60 days and pay a $1,000 fine. The former Bryan officer must also surrender his peace officer license.
