ABILENE, Texas (AP) - A jury is to hear opening statements in the trial of a West Texas woman in the death of her 22-month-old daughter. Tiffany Klapheke (klah-PEEK') is charged with injury to a child in the August 2012 death of Tamryn Klapheke, who died of malnutrition and dehydration.
