PCSO seizes marijuana, MDMA in traffic stop

Wednesday October 2, 2013 a Potter County Sheriff's Office Deputy stopped a vehicle on Interstate 40.
During the stop, the deputy searched the vehicle with a K-9 and found seven pounds of marijuana and 2.6 ounces of what investigators believe is MDMA a.k.a ecstasy hidden inside luggage in the vehicle.
Two people were arrested and booked into the Potter County Detention Center for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Their identities have not been released at this time pending arraignment.
According to PCSO the vehicle was coming from California and heading to Arkansas.
