TULSA, Okla. (AP) - The Tulsa County Commission is signing off on a plan to buy 200 new portable beds to ease overcrowding in the county jail. The facility can hold about 1,700 people, but had nearly 1,900 inmates last night. Authorities say that figure could reach 2,000 by the summer.
