Authorities now believe Nicole "Nikki" Moore, a woman missing since December, now only made it as far as Adrian, Texas.

This information comes after the Special Crimes Unit first determined in February Moore might have been headed to New Mexico.

According to APD, detectives along with the FBI, ATF, Texas Rangers, Texas DPS, Texas Parks and Wildlife, Oldham County Sheriff’s Office, Potter County Sheriff’s Office, Deaf Smith County Sheriff’s Office, Quay County Sheriff’s Office, New Mexico and the New Mexico State Police have searched the area of Adrian on foot, vehicle and aircraft.

Search warrants have also been issued and served in order to find Moore, but authorities said that hasn't resulted in her being located.

In February, photos of a blue 2003 Cadillac CTS, which police said was left parked in the westernmost part of the Toys R Us parking lot, were released. She was last seen driving that vehicle before being reported missing.

Also in February, the APD said it found a storage facility where police say Moore was last seen on December 1 or 2.

Moore is a daughter and mother of a 13-year-old boy. The Special Crimes Unit asks anyone with information to come forward and call 806-378-9468.
