NCMEC lists 8 open missing persons cases out of Amarillo

Alize Jimenez has been missing since July 19, 2017. She is a 14-year-old who is about 5'1" tall and weighs around 135 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children lists eight cases of missing persons out of Amarillo.

The dates of those who have gone missing range from October 26, 1998, when Dorien Thomas first went missing, to as recent as August 2, 2017, when 16-year-old Alissa Rivera went missing.

According to the NCMEC website, those currently listed as missing range in age from as young as 10 months to as old as 31 years.

Here is a list of those who are currently listed as missing, ranging from most recent case to oldest case, on the NCMEC website:

  • Alissa (Alex) Rivera has been missing since August 2, 2017. Rivera is a 16-year-old with brown hair and brown eyes who is about 5'5" tall and weighs around 140 pounds.
  • Alize Jimenez has been missing since July 19, 2017. She is a 14-year-old who is about 5'1" tall and weighs around 135 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her lip and ears are pierced and she may use the alias last name "Barbosa." NCMEC said Jimenez may still be in the local area.
  • Jerriah Comans has been missing since June 28, 2017. He is 10 months old, has brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 2' tall and weighs around 30 pounds.
  • Giovonni Thatvihane, Jerriah's brother, has also been missing since June 28, 2017. He is 10 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 4' tall and weighs around 80 pounds. NCMEC said Jerriah and Giovanni may be in the company of their mother.
  • Anthony Vasquez has been missing since Oct. 3, 2016. He is 17 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 5'6" tall and weighs around 130 pounds. NCMEC said Vasquez may be in Lubbock.
  • Jessica Delgadillo has been missing since Oct. 20, 2010. She would now be 21 years old. She had black hair and brown eyes. She is about 5'6" tall, weighed around 200 pounds and has a small scar above one eye. NCMEC provided an age-progressed photo to show what Delgadillo could look like today.
  • Brandy Noble has been missing since March 1, 2002. She would now be 31 years old. She had brown hair and hazel eyes, was about 5'3" tall and weighed around 100 pounds when last seen. NCMEC says Noble's nicknames are "BG", "Boo-Boo" and "Little Brandy." An age-progressed photo shows what she could look like today.
  • Dorien Thomas has been missing since Oct. 236, 1998. He would now be 28 years old. He had black hair and brown eyes. He was around 4' tall and weighed about 60 pounds when he was last seen. He was last seen in Amarillo riding an aqua blue bicycle with white tires. He was also wearing a red shirt and blue jeans when last seen.

The posters on the NCMEC website have been certified as follows:

  • The case was entered into the FBI's National Crime Information Center Database
  • Waiver from parent, guardian or law enforcement agency giving permission to disseminate a photo of missing child is on file at NCMEC
  • Posters containing photos of adults labeled as an abductor are included only if a felony warrant was issued for the abductor and information about the abductor was entered into the NCIC Wanted Person File
  • Some of the individuals pictured in NCMEC posters were reported missing when they were between the ages of 18 and 20. Law enforcement has entered these cases in the FBI National Crime Information Center database, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 5779, and has asked NCMEC to disseminate the posters
