Fri, 12 Apr 2013 02:04:16 GMT — Stanley Marsh 3 emerged tonight from the Potter County Detention CenterMarsh spent more than three hours in the jail being processed and was released on a $100,000 bond.Earlier today a Potter County grand jury indicted Marsh on four counts of sexual assault of a child, eight counts of sexual performance by a child and two counts of indecency with a child.The 75-year-old faces up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $10,000 on each count.Marshâ??s attorneys, Paul Nugent and Heather Peterson escorted Marsh to his vehicle.ã?? He said, "Our investigation will be thorough and rigorous. We have great faith in our legal system and we undertake this journey with the expectation that Stanley will be exhonerated."Earlier, Lubbock D.A. Matthew Powell, whoâ??s prosecuting the case, says this is the start of the process and by no means is an indication of guilt.ã??
