Thursday night at approximately 11:50 p.m. the Texas Department of Public Safety was attempting to stop a fleeing vehicle.
According to DPS, the Nissan Pickup driven by 22-year-old Bradley Wilson Stclair was fleeing law enforcement in Randall County when DPS attempted to stop the vehicle. DPS said, Stclair was travelling at a high rate of speed sometimes going the wrong way on the road and disregarding traffic signs like stop signs.
In an attempt to stop the vehicle, DPS shot one shotgun round at the left tire of the vehicle. DPS said shortly after the round was fired, the driver stopped and was arrested.
Stclair was booked into the Randall County Jail for evading arrest in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated second offense and other warrants.
