Judge grants dismissal of Ruby Tequila's defendant in lawsuit
AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) —
The Ruby Tequila's lawsuit will move forward minus one defendant.
Former employees of the restaurant filed a lawsuit against business partners and companies associated with the restaurant in September. Shortly after, defendant Magdalena Baier filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. This court filing caused the case to be placed on hold to allow the court to process the bankruptcy.
