Witnesses gathered at the Civic Center for a two-day convention reuniting the hispanic community with prayer and bible study.
Group organizers said
showed for Saturday's event, but they are expecting an even larger crowd Sunday. This is the organization's second largest convention of the year. Saturday's event included discussions and lectures based on the bible and its teachings.
Jehovah's Witnesses from Texas, Oklahoma and parts of New Mexico are in Amarillo for the convention.
The Civic Center
