Hundreds of Amarillo Salvation Army Tree Angels still need adopting
AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) —
Amarillo's Salvation Army Angel Tree program is asking for the community's help as 400 angels still need to be adopted.
The organization hopes to give presents to 2,000 children in Amarillo this year, but 400 have yet to be adopted and 600 have yet to be returned.
Officials ask for the community to stop by Westgate Mall and pick up an angel. Angels can be returned at the Westgate Mall as well before December 17, 2017.
