Fat but fit? We've all heard it before, but is it true, or a pipe dream?
Many medical experts will tell you, being fat is bad for your health, plain and simple.
Canadian researchers looked at eight studies, which included more than sixty thousand people. They found that regardless of fitness level, people who are overweight or obese have an increased risk of heart disease and early death.
Now we know being active simply isn't enough, the number on the scale is important as well.
