They rock climb, backpack, walk, and bike together. Almost 50 years of marriage, Claude and Judy Williams want to live each day in optimal health. By exercising and eating right, these two are extending their active life span: how long we live meaningful, productive lives. Claude and Judy exercise at least 5 times a week.
