Potter, Randall counties runoff election vote centers

Today marks Election Day in Potter and Randall counties for the primary runoff races.

At stake in Potter County's Democratic runoff is a spot on the ballot in November's race for governor. Two candidates, Andrew White and Lupe Valdez, are striving for a spot in the governor's race on the Nov. 6 ballot.

There are also three races in the Potter County's Republican runoff for:

320th Judicial District judge:

  • Pamela Cook Sirmon
  • Steven Michael Denny

County Court-at-law No. 1 judge:

  • Walt Weaver
  • Len Walker

County Court-at-law No. 2 judge:

  • Wade Overstreet
  • Matt Hand

In Randall County, there is no Republican Party runoff. However, there is one race in the Democratic Party runoff in Randall County, where Andrew White and Lupe Valdez are facing off to be the Democratic nominee in the November governor's race.

In Potter County, voters will have six polling locations, all open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Those locations are:

  • Buzula Furniture Outlet, 716 W I-40
  • The Church at Bushland, 1800 FM 2381
  • Grace Community Church, 4111 Plains Blvd.
  • Hillside Christian Church, NW, 600 Tascosa Road
  • Kids, Inc., 2201 SE 27th
  • Pride Home Center, 3503 NE 24th

In Randall County, voters will have seven polling locations to vote at, all open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Those locations are:

  • Comanche Trail Church of Christ, 2700 E. 34th
  • Arden Road Baptist, 6701 Arden Road
  • Randall County Justice Center, 2309 Russell Long Blvd
  • Central Baptist Church, 1601 SW 58th
  • Redeemer Christian Church, 3701 S. Soncy
  • Randall County Annex, 4320 S. Western
  • Region 16 Education Center, 5800 Bell Street
