A new survey on customer satisfaction with American retailers says customer satisfaction is at an all time high. But some the big retailers are not getting high marks with customers.
According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index , companies with the worst customer satisfaction scores in retail were The Gap, Best Buy and other who scored low in employee dissatisfaction with management.
Other retailers with weak customer service, in the top five, are Macy's, Walgreens, CVS, Rite-Aid and Wal-Mart.
Not only did Wal-Mart have the lowest score, according to the survey, but it also scored low as a supermarket.
