Corn, wheat and soybean have come off."Maurey says he believes recent commodity fluctuations have been due to investors. "A lot of the movement in my opinion is due to the entities who want to make money, not necessarily to mitigate risk."He also stresses the global nature of the agriculture industry today and increasing demand from China.The Farm and Ranch show will continue through Thursday.Matt Gruhlkey of Attebury Grain says, "Itâ??s important for farmers to meet the suppliers of the farmers and to come to the Texas Commodity Symposium, get some CEU credits."
