Billy Ivy Jr. waives right to revocation hearing
AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) —
Billy Ivy Jr., the man accused of several crimes, including two murder-for-hire plots, has waived his right to a revocation hearing and will remain in jail.
On Monday, Ivy appeared for bond revocation in federal court, where he waived his right to the revocation hearing. The judge then vacated his conditions of release that were set following his guilty plea to Possession of a Unregistered Firearm.
Ivy has been accused of several crimes, including Attempted Murder for Revocation and Arson.
