Becoming clearer: Shoppers save children from hot Jeep

The story behind the dramatic video of a child being saved from a hot Jeep in Katy, Texas, is becoming clearer.
The orignal story included details that the mother left her children in a hot Jeep while she went to have her hair done, until good Samaritans smashed out the windows of the Jeep when they heard the children crying.
The mother said, however, that she accidentally locked her keys and her children in the Jeep. The surveillance video appears to back up her story.
What really horrified the mother, she said, is that she called her insurance company and asked for a wrecker to come and unlock the doors. But when she was told that it would take two hours, she went into action.
The mother is not facing charges in this case, and reports say that the children are fine.
