APD seeks missing woman, wanted assault suspect

This Chevrolet Trailblazer belongs to Patricia. APD says this is the vehicle she was last seen in.

UPDATE: According to APD the missing female has been located and was uninjured. The male suspect was also located and taken into custody. Both were found at an east Amarillo motel.


Amarillo Police Department is asking for your help to locate 34-year-old Patricia Anne Vaughn Innis. According to APD, officers believe she may be in danger.

APD said Patricia may be with her husband 34-year-old Jeffery Wayne Innis who is wanted on a felony charge of assault on a family member. This charge is from a January 16, 2014 incident where Jeffery is accused of assaulting Patricia. APD said Jeffery is also under a protective order where he is to have no contact with Patricia.

According to APD, Jeffery contacted Patricia last night at approximately 11:00 p.m. and asked her to meet him so he could turn himself in however Patricia has not been seen since.

Officers were notified of this incident last night and have been searching for Patricia since approximately 1:30 a.m.

Patricia was last seen wearing a black jacket. She is 5'7", with a medium build, blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen driving a silver Chevy Trailblazer with a Texas license plate BZC-0274.

Jeffery is six feet tall, 230 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
