The Thunderbirds are in Clovis for Memorial Day Weekend and the 2018 Air Commandos on the High Plains: Air Show, Space and Tech Fest.

The Thunderbirds demo team will perform Saturday and Sunday to highlight the multiple types of technology and capabilities both in the air and on the ground. Visitors can also see the AC-130W Spectre Gunship, MC-130J Commando II, CV-22 Osprey and the MQ-9 Reaper, along with a variety of other aircraft and exhibits that will be on display.

The event is free and gates open at 9 a.m. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is the base's way to thank the surrounding community for the support provided.
