Saturday morning at 1:45 a.m. Amarillo Police observed a traffic accident at the intersection of Bushland and Western.
After the accident an officer reported that one of the vehicles involved was leaving the scene and that they would pursue the vehicle. After chasing the vehicle for a short time, officers deployed spike strips to deflate the tires of the vehicle at the intersection of Tascosa Road and North Coulter.
