Police: Pair arrested in Amarillo murder-for-hire plot

Amarillo police arrested two people in a murder-for-hire plot.

Two people have been charged in a plot to kill a man. Police arrested , 49-year-old Billy Glenn Ivy, Jr. Thursday night Quay County, New Mexico.

The other suspect, 34-year-old Kimber Danielle Eisenhaur, was arrested earlier on Thursday.

Amarillo Police Department's Special Crimes Unit found information that Ivy provided Eisenhaur with a firearm, information about an intended victim and money in return for her killing another man.

A warrant charging for Eisenhaur's arrest was issued by the Special Crimes Unit on Thursday. She was then located at a home in the 3900- block of Southwest 7th Avenue the same day.

Police said officers arrested Eisenhaur and booked her into the Randall County Jail.

Both Eisenhaur and Ivy are charged with Attempted Capital Murder by Remuneration.

The intended victim has not suffered any injuries.
