Mon, 10 Jun 2013 07:04:35 GMT — The Amarillo Police Department is investigating a vehicle crash where they say alcohol is a factor. On Saturday, June 8th at 11:26 p.m. officers were dispatched to Amarillo Blvd. East and North Folsom Road on a two vehicle collision. Upon their arrival they discovered the drivers of both cars had to be transported to the hospital due to injuries. Police say a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo driven by 30-year old Ashley Dee Loscano had been traveling north on northbound Folsom Rd. Loscano ran the stop sign and was struck by a 2003 Dodge two-door going eastbound. It was driven by 43-year old Ricardo Frausto. Loscano was not wearing a seatbelt and police say she was ejected from the car. The crash is being investigated by the Traffic Investigation Squad of the Amarillo Police Department.
