Two 23-year-olds have been indicted by a Grand Jury for the murder of an Amarillo man back in July.
According to Randall Sims, 47th District Attorney, Leslee Wiseman and Laney Brewer, both 23, were indicted Wednesday in the July 3 murder of 51-year-old Ricky Provence.
Each were indicted on the charges of Murder and Aggravated Robbery.
Family members found Provence dead inside an apartment in the 1500 block of South Jefferson after forcing their way inside. Officers said they had observed things inside the apartment that made them feel the death was suspicious.
If convicted, the sentence ranges from five to 99 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
