St Louis "Hyaaah" Dog Ingredients: 4 ea 1/4 lb beef dogs or sausages1 ea large onion, caramelized1 ea bell pepper, julienned and grilled4 slices apple wood smoked bacon2 Tblspoons pickled jalapeno peppers4 slices provolone cheese4 ea hot dog buns Preparation: On a grill over medium high heat, grill your hot dogs or sausages.Caramelize your onion and grill the julienne cut green bells.Build your dog, by laying the provolone cheese in the bun, followed by the cooked bacon. Add the dog, grilled bells and top with caramelized onions. A St Louis Classic with great layers of flavors! Enjoy!! Gorilla Mac & Cheese Dog Ingredients: 4 each 1/4 lb beef hot dog2 C creamy mac & Cheese (I use a smoked gouda cheese mac)4 each pecan wood smoked bacon2 C Frenchs fried onions4 each buns or hoagies Preparation:Place dog in bun, top with slice of bacon. Spoon creamy mac and cheese over dog and bacon and top with fried onions! Crazy Cajun Dog Ingredients:4 each Andouille sausage or bratwurst2 C caramelized onions 1/2 C spicy brown mustard 1/2 C Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce4 ea buns or hoagies Preparation:Top grilled sausage with spicy brown mustard and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ, then spread caramelized onions over top of dog. For a sausage that has both the "heat and the sweet"! Enjoy!
