Garlic Shrimp Flat Bread

It's cold out, nothing warms you like garlic on warm flat bread.

  • 3 Tblspn butter
  • 1 tspn Tuscan Blend infused olive oil Amarillo Grape & Olive
  • 8 oz 21-25 P&D shrimp
  • 1 Tblspn Tulkhoff minced garlic
  • ½ tspn kosher salt
  • ½ tspn McCormick crushed pepper flakes
  • 1 tspn fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ea flat bread or small pizza crust
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 425

Melt your butter with the olive oil in a saute pan. Add your shrimp, (mushrooms and zucchini for a vegetarian option) garlic, salt, and pepper flakes. Saute over medium heat, tossing occasionally until the shrimp is cooked about 5 min.

Toss with the lemon juice.

Pour garlic oil from the saute pan onto the crust or flat bread and brush to cover entirely. Coat the crust well. Sprinkle cheese over the top, and place sautéed shrimp on top of the cheese.

Bake for 7-9 minutes and top with fresh chopped parsley!

A great weeknight meal, or even as a party starter. Either way, you cant go wrong with this simple dish packed with rich garlic and shrimp. Great way to keep warm on a cold evening! Enjoy!
