Good Life, Good Food: Black Sesame Crusted Chicken Breast
One of the best dishes you can make during the spring and summer months! Cool and full of great flavors! Your guest will love your sautéed chicken and the greens topped with the flavorful sauce. Enjoy the unique flavor the sesame oil adds to the sauce.
- 4 ea 6 oz boneless chicken breast, filleted thin
- 1 C Kikkoman Low Sodium soy sauce
- 4 Tblspn honey
- 8 Tblspn sesame oil
- 4 Tblpsn Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tblspn black sesame seeds
- 1 Tblspn wasabi paste
- 4 Tblspn extra virgin olive oil
- 3 C kale blend
- 3 Tblspn jalapeno lime balsamic Amarillo Grape & Olive
In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Divide into two parts. Stir rice wine vinegar into one part and set aside for dipping sauce.
Spread black sesame seeds on a plate. Coat the chicken breast in the remaining soy sauce mixture, then lightly press into the sesame seeds to coat
Heat your extra virgin olive oil in a saute pan. Over medium/high heat cook your crusted chicken breast until done and fluids run clear. Turn chicken as to not burn the sesame seeds.
When chicken breast is removed, add jalapeno lime balsamic to the pan and spread on bottom. Add kale blend and saute for 1-2 minutes, season with kosher salt and McCormick Coarse black pepper.
Place a bed of the sautéed greens on the plate and top with cooked chicken breast. Pour some of the dipping sauce over the top of the finished chicken.
Serve with the dipping sauce!
